William Guidara (born 1979) is a New York-based American restaurateur. He co-founded the Make It Nice hospitality group in 2011 with chef Daniel Humm. Their group managed top restaurants like Eleven Madison Park, NoMad New York, NoMad Los Angeles, NoMad Las Vegas, NoMad Bar, and Made Nice.
Guidara grew up in Sleepy Hollow, New York. He graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in 2001. His career began at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in Beverly Hills. Later, he worked at several spots under Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, including Tabla, Café 2, and the Museum of Modern Art’s restaurants.
In 2006, he became the General Manager of Eleven Madison Park. He and Humm later bought the restaurant in 2011. They expanded their business, opening NoMad New York in 2012 and the NoMad Bar in 2014. In 2017, they launched Made Nice, a fast-casual restaurant. The following year, they opened NoMad Los Angeles and NoMad Las Vegas.
